At Nautilus Party Planner we work closely with experienced and dedicated teams of specialist vendors to map and create memorable events and parties.

Located in Portugal and operating nationally we work predominantly in the beautiful Algarve providing our bespoke planning service to an international and locally based clientele in private homes, vacation villas and selected venues.

Nautilus Party Planner began its early life as an event styling, floristry and decoration operation and has carved an evolutionary path from a background in fashion design and trend forecasting in London to delivering decorative installations for one of the Algarve’s foremost five star hotels and concepting and styling private weddings and summer parties for, amongst others, ‘Caras’ magazine and ‘Everything is New’ music promoters.

Subsequently, and over time, wedding and occasion planning has become integral and foremost in our service.

With more than ten years of experience within the events field our genuinely learnt ‘on the ground’ experience in combination with a naturally meticulous and personable manner sees us able to develop a clear, and often intuitive, understanding of each of our client’s needs and expectations. This allows us to deliver trusted service and consistently creative, detailed and tailored events and celebrations.
