At Nautilus we offer a tailored approach to occasion & event planning to ensure and maintain focus and commitment to each of our clients.
On our initial consultation, we will get to know your wishes and ideas for your wedding or celebration and the style you have in mind. With our experience and network of trusted wedding & event vendors, and our creativity and planning skills, we´ll bring everything together to realise the wedding or party you have imagined.
On your behalf, we manage all initial sourcing enquiries, relevant proposals, and quoting and price negotiations with suppliers and can schedule consultations and appointments with those considered the most appropriate and best suited to you for the occasion. You will lead the way and we will endeavour to tailor and secure each of the services selected by you to fit your brief.
Additionally, we can work closely with you on the design and styling of your event to devise decorative schemes and the finishing details that reflect yourselves and your vision.
During the planning of your event we´ll stay in constant communication with you delivering regular progress updates and reports in all aspects on the lead up to the day. We offer unlimited email and telephone support to our clients from beginning to end and are always happy to address any questions or additional requests that you might have.
We do like everyone involved in the production of your event kept up to date and included. We stay in regular contact with and make special arrangement for each supplier to visit and meet with us well in advance to address and confirm any logistical and service details that might be necessary.
On the day of your event our team are present from the beginning to the very end to coordinate the full service set up and any final details to ensure the smooth running of the occasion and allowing you to enjoy every moment.
